Last evening we had such a fun gathering inspired by our improvised vegan cooking style and meze culture. Thank you all for bringing interesting themes and conversations, as always.

I love planting a seed of ideas and watching how it grows. At this event, I prepared some of my regular appetizers, such as stuffed zucchini and sarma. Together, we spontaneously created salads, roasted root vegetables, eggplant dips, ezme, sumac tofu, and a mild Turkish lentil soup.
I don’t have all the exact recipes, but I’ll attach something similar for your reference.
