01.05.2026 WS Memories & Recipes

Yesterday we had a nice vegan tea time gathering, paired with a gentle Lenormand introduction workshop. It was a special moment of connection, creativity, and calm.Thank you to everyone who joined.

Whether you came for the tea time, the cards, or the conversations, it all belonged.

Below is a small recap of the event, along with a few of the recipes we shared.



We improvised this Bruschetta also served with some grilled tofu and sesame bread. Oh We got very interesting frozen vegan Simit.

Tea sandwich

Simply made with some vegan butter, cucumber ,mustard and toast bread.

Grilled potato, artichoke salad

Mix 600g potatoes, 100g drained jarred artichoke hearts, 1 tsp sweet paprika, 1/2 tsp salt, 20g lemon flavored rapeseed oil; bake 30 min until golden .Cool, then mix with 60g high-protein soy yogurt, 30g chopped parsley, 1 tbsp mustard, and 1 tbsp vegan onion soup powder (or 2 tsp fried onion + 1 tsp vegan broth powder) and some pepper.

Improvised 3 ingredients soft cookies made with 5 mushed bananas, some cacao powder and about 1 cup of rolled oats. Thank you for the healthy inspiration!!

So that was a Labor Day & Full Moon special event :)

From next time, we’re back to normal improv vegan cooking, and the next theme will most likely be a requested Turkish mezze. I will fix the event schedule soon.
